Lovelace Health Plan has an immediate opening for an Accreditation Program Manager.The Accreditation Program Manager is responsible for ensuring Lovelace compliance with accreditation and non-financial regulatory requirements. Additionally manages the survey readiness accreditation program. Provides leadership and facilitation on content of standards and regulations. Supports Medical Staff committees requirements: Bachelor's degree, Proven experience in accreditation standards, demonstrated project management experience, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects, Ability to analyze and interpret data, Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks, Proven ability to lead in a complex organization, Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements (JCAHO, CMS), Excellent team-building skills, Skilled in computer software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
