Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant/Certified Surgical First Assistant

Full-Time days rotating to afternoon/on-call required Days Serves as the Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant or Certified Surgical First Assistant functioning under the direct supervision of the surgeon, performing only those duties and responsiblities specifically stated in a manner consistent with his/her training.

Minimum Requirements:

1.) Must possess current certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists as First Assistant (CST/FA) or through the National Surgical Assistant Association (CSA).

OR

2.) Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current State of Michigan RN license and Certification for First Assistant through Certified Registered Nurse Fist Assistant (CRNFA)

3.) Minimum two years robotics experience as an CRNFA or CSFA in the O.R. assisting in all specialties is required.
