Full Time 8:30-5:00 Day Associates Degree 2 years RN Team Leader serves as overall on-site support staff leader for daily operations. Collaborates with manager to facilitate operational flow. Requires certificate in nursing from an accredited school of nursing and one year of experience as a registered nurse. Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland required. Knowledge of nursing process. Social, behavioral and physical knowledge of current health care environment. Highly effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality patient care. Ability to work in a fast paced university teaching hospital.
Education: Baccalaureate degree, Associate degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
Work experience: Two years medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
Skills: Must possess two years of experience in a lead or supervisory position preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
